Robert L. Polsky was born in New York and attended the University of Pennsylvania and Florida State University College of Law. Admitted into the Florida Bar in 1979, Mr. Polsky has been practicing law in Miami for over 35 years. Having graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976, Mr. Polsky went on to obtain his juris doctor at Florida State University, where he was a member of the Law Review and where he served as an instructor at the law school in his senior year. Mr. Polsky has been a zealous advocate for those who have been injured. He is an A.V. rated by Martindale Hubbell. He has been a member of the Miami Dade County Bar; American Bar Association; American Trial Lawyers Association and Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is a member at the Florida Bar and is also licensed to practice in the Federal Court System.
