Stephen S. Nuell was born in Ohio and attended Law School at the University of Miami. Admitted into the Florida Bar in 1979, Mr. Nuell has been practicing law in Miami for decades earning a reputation as an aggressive litigator. Specializing in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, insurance disputes and all aspects of personal injury law. Stephen S. Nuell is also an active member of the South Florida Community. He recently served on the Public Health Trust of Jackson Memorial; and the Board of Governors of the Sylvester Cancer Center. His previous affiliations also include Vice Chairman of the Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority; Co-Chairman of the US Conference of Mayors; Treasurer of the Shelter Advertising Association; MENSA; Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce; Coconut Grove Jaycees; K.I.D.S; and the South Miami/Kendall Bar Association. He is presently in good standing with the Florida Bar; American Bar Association; Academy Of Florida Trial Lawyers; Dade County Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is an A.V. rated litigator.
